Multiple Order waveplates are made of a single plate of laser quality crystal quartz precision polished to achieve the desired retardation at their design wavelength. They are much more sensitive to temperature and wavelengths variations than a zero-order waveplate would be. They are therefore generally useful only at specific wavelengths and operating temperatures.
Features:
- High Damage Threshold
- Better wavefront and parallelism
- For single wavelength applications
- Low Cost
