Glan Thompson Polarizing Beamsplitter Cube is designed with one polished side exit surface to transmit the s-polarized beam at 45 deg from the straight through p-polarized beam. The s-polarized beam emerges normal to the escape window, and there is no chromatic dispersion on the deviation between the input beam and this side exit beam. Both beams have high polarization purity and high transmission.
